TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Capsphere’s Cap-tivating Raya Joy applies to Malaysia Retail Investors only. A retail investor is a non-professional investor who owns a personal account with Capsphere. Institutional investors are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
Employees and immediate families of the Capsphere are not eligible to participate.
Participants must be age 18 or above.
Capsphere’s Cap-tivating Raya Joy will run from 05 April - 01 May.
If a participant has registered and invested RM200 or more within the Campaign period, they are automatically entitled to entry(ies) as follows: Gold Prize: RM700 Shopee voucher Silver Prize: RM 300 Shopee Voucher Bronze Prize: RM 100 Shopee Voucher
Each Investor can increase their overall chances of winning by increasing their investment amount to gain more entries. There will be (3) three winners determined by a randomized generator.
Winners will be announced on 02 May after the contest period ends.
Winners will be contacted via contact details provided in the participant's registered account with Capsphere.
Winners receive prizes in the form of Shopee Voucher. We will send the voucher code to winners via registered email, and it will remain valid for 3 months. The voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, either partially or in full.
Each Investor will be entitled to a maximum of one (1) reward only.
Should an Investor’s name be drawn more than twice, a reshuffle will be done.
The list of winners in total will be announced on Capsphere’s website and social page.
Should the first attempt to contact the said winners fail, i.e. no reply, phone number not in service or no connection, etc, another three (3) attempts will be made within the next five (5) working days of the first phone call.
Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Capsphere reserves the right to redraw and select the next qualified participant.
Capsphere will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
Capsphere retains the right to change the contest term at any time and without notice.
All entries received outside the campaign period shall be automatically disqualified.
Capsphere shall not be liable for any loss (financial or otherwise) arising out of the refusal, cancellation, or failure to utilize the credits for any reason whatsoever.
By participating in this Contest, participants consent to give their personal information and Capsphere reserves the right to publish and use the winners' names for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Capsphere.
By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions of the Contest herein and the decisions of the Capsphere.
Capsphere reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these terms and conditions without any prior notice at any time and the participants shall be bound to such changes. Any correspondence on the decision made by the Capsphere will not be entertained.
