How much funding can I get from term financing?

We offer Investment Note listings of RM 50,000 to RM 1 million, for up to 3 years of financing tenure.

Question 3

What are the required documents needed for application?

Applicants to provide the following:-
1. Copy of company Director(s) NRIC​
2. Latest 2 years audited financial statements ​
3. Latest management account ​
4. Latest 6 months bank statement
5. Details of existing borrowings
6. Latest trade receivables aging report
7. Latest trade payable aging report

What are the Issuer fees and charges?

The applicable fees and charges are:
1. Verification fee : RM 50

2. Administrative fee: RM 40

3. Documentation fee: RM 800
4. Success fee : 3% to 6% of the funds raised 
(depending on the size and the tenure of the Investment Note).
5. Transaction charges :
- FPX at RM 1 per transaction
- IBG at RM 0.10 per transfer
6. Stamping fee:
- 0.5% of funding amount + RM350 for charge and charge removal 
& any other late/amendment charges by SSM
7. Prepayment Fee (if any) : Up to 20% of total outstanding returns on Investment Note.

8. Late Payment Fee (if any): 
 • Conventional
0.05% to 0.1% daily returns on principal outstanding on Investment Note.
 • Shariah 
Ta`widh and Gharamah shall not exceed 10% of the outstanding amount or as may be determined by the SAC from time to time.

9. Restructuring Fee (if any) : Administrative fee of 1% of outstanding Investment Note amount.
 
10. Legal/Recovery Fees : Based on quotations given by providers.

11. SST (if any): 6%

Note: 
There is no need for you to manually pay for any fees since we will take the charges from the final amount that is successfully raised. There will be no charges for any listing that is unsuccessful. Issuers will be subjected to third party charges such as processing fees, legal charges, and taxes.
