TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
What the Huat campaign applies to Retail Investors only.
A retail investor is a non-professional investor who owns a personal account with Capsphere. Institutional investors are not eligible to participate in this contest.
Employees and immediate families of the Capsphere are not eligible to participate.
Participants must be age 18 or above.
What the Huat Campaign will run from 05 - 29 Feb 2024.
Each Investor can increase their overall chances of winning by investing more to gain more entries. There will be a total of twenty-six (26) winners determined by a randomized generator.
Winners will be announced on 01 March 2024 after the contest period ends.
Prizes are given to winners in the form of credit. Capsphere credits are lifelong and are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash in part or in full.
Each Investor will be entitled to a maximum of one (1) reward only.
Should an Investor’s name be drawn more than twice, a reshuffle will be done.
If an investor won more than (1) one prize category, they will receive the prize with the highest value. For example, if chosen for both tier 2 and tier 3 prizes, investors will be awarded the RM118 tier 3 prize in this scenario.
Winners will be contacted via contact details provided in the participant's registered account with Capsphere.
The list of winners in total will be displayed on the Capsphere’s website and social page.
Should the first attempt to contact the said winners fail, i.e. no reply, phone number not in service or no connection, etc, another three (3) attempts will be made within the next five (5) working days of the first phone call.
Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Capsphere reserves the right to redraw and select the next qualified participant.
Capsphere will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
Capsphere retains the right to change the contest term at any time and without notice.
All entries received outside the campaign period shall be automatically disqualified.
Capsphere shall not be liable for any loss (financial or otherwise) arising out of the refusal, cancellation, or failure to utilize the credits for any reason whatsoever.
By participating in this Contest, participants consent to give their personal information and Capsphere reserves the right to publish, and use the winners' names for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Capsphere.
By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the official terms and conditions of the Contest herein and the decisions of the Capsphere.
