Beware of Fraudulent Use of the Capsphere Brand

Capsphere has become aware of unauthorised individuals and entities impersonating Capsphere representatives, particularly through WhatsApp and other unofficial communication channels.



These impersonators may invite members of the public to join group chats, open accounts, or conduct investment- or loan-related transactions through unofficial channels.


🚨 Important: Protect Yourself from Fraud

Capsphere does not contact clients or members of the public via WhatsApp, Telegram, or other messaging platforms to open accounts or conduct transactions.


All account openings must be completed exclusively through the official Capsphere platform and authorised Capsphere email channels.


If you receive a suspicious message or are contacted by someone claiming to represent Capsphere:

  • Do not provide personal, banking, or financial information.

  • Do not click on suspicious links or download unknown files.

  • Do not transfer money or make any payment.

  • Verify the communication directly with Capsphere before taking any action.


If You Suspect a Scam


1. Verify the communicationCheck whether the offer or communication is genuinely from Capsphere by contacting us through our official channels.


2. Stop the transactionDo not transfer money or proceed with any transaction if you suspect fraudulent activity.


3. Contact your bank immediatelyIf you have transferred money or shared your banking information, contact your bank as soon as possible.


4. Call 997Contact Malaysia's National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) at 997 for assistance with suspected scam cases.


5. Make a police reportIf you have been a victim of fraud or suffered financial loss, lodge a police report with the relevant authorities as soon as possible.

Be especially cautious of anyone who:

❌ Asks you to open an account through WhatsApp, Telegram, or another unofficial platform

❌ Promises unusually high or guaranteed investment returns

❌ Pressures you to act quickly or keep the communication confidential
