Capsphere is Malaysia 1st Asset-Based P2P Financing platform licensed by Securities Commission and was founded to support SMEs while offering Investors an opportunity to diversify and generate higher returns through private credit notes.

All our investment products are asset-based (collateralized). Through collateralization, we are able to safeguard the interest of our Investors whilst mitigating risk when investing. In addition, our platform gives Investors access to monthly returns, which can be withdrawn anytime or re-invested into other Notes.

We are the Malaysia’s first P2P financing platform to offer asset-based financing. Refer to the diagram below:

This means, each investment opportunity (Investment Note) is collateralized. Through collateralization, we are able to safeguard the interest of our Investors whilst mitigating risk when investing. In addition, our platform gives Investors access to monthly returns, which can be withdrawn anytime or re-invested into other Notes.

P2P financing is the practice of raising financing through an online platform. It matches businesses seeking financing with Investors.

As an Investor, investing in a P2P platform provides an avenue to diversify their portfolios, while enjoying monthly returns.

Like all investments, there are risks associated with P2P financing. As such, Investors need to understand their risk appetite and return expectations.

To minimise risk, Capsphere:-

Makes a great deal of effort to carefully curate its prospective Notes to mitigate risk so our Investor community can invest with confidence.

Conducts robust screenings and credit assessments to ensure quality Investment Note listings.

Operates on an asset-based capacity. By collateralising Investment Notes, we can recover a portion of the outstanding amount through acquiring and re-selling the asset(s) if the Issuer goes into default.

Consistently monitors its Issuers, especially those that are at-risk of defaulting after an Investment Note has been issued. Upon identification, we take the necessary precautions to prevent a default from occurring.

Investors will receive the updates accordingly through our Note Updates feature as shown below. Note Updates is only available for Notes with delayed payment updates.
